Taffy starts as a pot of hot syrup and ends as something soft, glossy, and stretchy - and the transformation happens right in your hands.
In this hands-on class, you'll cook sugar to the right stage, learn what those candy thermometer numbers actually mean, and then get to the good part: pulling. It's sticky, it's a workout, and it's weirdly satisfying to watch the color turn as you go.
We'll flavor a few batches, cut and wrap them, and send you home with a bag of taffy you made from scratch.
