Make a Rosette Cake with The Sugar Daisy

The instructor will demo how to make her buttercream as well as how to color it for a perfect ombre effect. Each student will stack and pipe their own 3-layer 6″ rosette cake (a 6″ cake will yield about 12-15 servings) to take home. Recipe cards and a goodie bag are included as well.

Note: The instructor requires a minimum of ten participants for this class. Please be aware that the class may be canceled if that minimum is not achieved.
