Cream Puff Class

Choux (pronounced “shoo”) is the dough behind cream puffs and éclairs, and…it’s easier than it looks!

In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to master the dough-making process and pipe both cream puffs and éclairs. Then we’ll whip up silky vanilla pastry cream and a glossy chocolate glaze to fill and decorate your own batch to take home.

No experience needed. All ingredients and equipment provided.  Register online by end of day on October 9th.
